Seeking an experienced skilled for the Flight Control Systems IPT Head role in Montreal. This full-time position focuses on aerospace integration, certification, and technical leadership. As the IPT Head, you will oversee aircraft development activities, ensuring cross-functional coordination and driving innovation in flight control architecture.

Ideal candidates will have over 12 years in aerospace with a strong background in control law development and system integration, central to achieving project milestones. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct FCS IPT technical activities and schedule
- Lead architecture and control law development efforts
- Manage certification and testing protocols
- Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and requirements

Requirements:

- 12+ years’ experience in aerospace/aviation
- Strong Flight Control Systems and NPD expertise
- Demonstrated leadership in IPT environments
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink tools
- Knowledge of ARP4754A and ARP4761 standards
