Become part of the FloSports team as a Broadcast Engineer Level 1, specializing in Tier 2 support for live sporting events. This role emphasizes collaboration and utilizes your technical skills in streaming technology. As a member of FloSports, you will play a critical role in enhancing live event broadcasts.

Your duties will include providing real-time support for events, collaborating with various departments, and assisting with testing and troubleshooting issues. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary, as this position may require work on weekends and nights. Key Responsibilities:

- Support live events through Tier 2 assistance
- Assist with testing for Feed Partners' quality
- Coordinate with Logistics and Production teams
- Engage in daily process improvements with Stream Ops
- Travel for encoder installations as needed

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in Remote Production
- 3+ years of experience in Live Event Support
- Knowledge of streaming protocols and encoding tools
- Basic networking skill set
- Understanding of AWS services like MediaLive
