Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards. Oversee the successful day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events. Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.





Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service. 5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry. ~Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. ~ Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
