Transportation is provided by airplane from the Bagotville and Rouyn-Noranda airports. Hydro-Québec, East James Bay Hourly Wage: $27.98 Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. Manage kitchen operations, including staff, inventory, and ordering as required. Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, cutting, and peeling food items.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, colleagues, and others. Ensure the quality of food services and customer satisfaction. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry.

Strong culinary skills and experience are an asset. Previous experience in a remote camp environment is an asset. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation programs. Excellent customer service skills.
