Food Service Supervisor
Full time, Permanent (35 hours per week) Job start: As soon as possible Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
