O/A Rondo's Pizza in Sarnia, ON is now looking for a full time and permanent "Food services manager" to join our Restaurant.

Job Title: Food Services Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-time Anticipated Start Date: As soon as Possible Salary: $36.00 per Hour Restaurant Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Rondo’s Pizza to ensure smooth service flow and a positive customer experience. Develop and apply operational practices and service standards consistent with company policies and business objectives. Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily performance, and provide guidance to maintain service consistency and productivity.

Monitor stock levels, sales figures, and operating costs, making adjustments to pricing and procedures to support business profitability.



Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met. Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings and special events held at the restaurant. Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills. ~ Ability to work independently, adaptable, good time management, organizational, good teamwork and interpersonal skills. #
