Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate (Freezer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support cold storage warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, along with solid warehouse and inventory handling skills in a freezer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, and Walkie forklifts safely and efficiently

- Load and unload shipments while ensuring product quality and condition

- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately in a freezer/cold storage environment

- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements

- Perform pallet handling and movement within warehouse locations

- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas

- Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures

- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:





- Strong hands-on experience with Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (mandatory)

- Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience

- Minimum 2+ years of freezer/cold storage experience

- Valid forklift certification (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie)

- High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent)

- Basic computer skills required

- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Location:

We are ideally looking for candidates based in York, Durham, or Scarborough areas, as proximity to the site is key for meeting attendance and punctuality requirements.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

- Physically capable of lifting 10–15 kg

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
