We are people who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customer’s homes electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems. A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal) Transparent criminal record Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles. Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.

Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures. Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
