BON Development Corp. is seeking a local Brokenhead Ojibway Nation resident with Fuel Retail Management experience. The Fuel Retail Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the business. We are looking for a strong leader with a solid background in retail management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and quickly resolve customer issues.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost control.
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.




- Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
- Perform administrative tasks and manage special projects as required.

Experience and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is an asset.
