Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and support modern web-based applications and software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across C#/.NET, Web APIs, Blazor, Angular, Azure, RESTful services, relational databases, and CI/CD.

You will collaborate with IT professionals, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver scalable, secure, accessible, and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain web applications and software enhancements.
- Translate technical specifications and business requirements into working applications.
- Design and expand data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with back-end services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, implementation, conversion, and migration.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and testable software components.
- Participate throughout the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT professionals, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Prepare technical specifications and system/user documentation.
- Provide post-implementation and production support.
- Participate in design walkthroughs and Agile/Scrum activities.
- Ensure applications meet AODA and WCAG AA accessibility requirements.

Required Technical Skills

.NET / Application Development

- Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Web API, Blazor WASM, LINQ, WCF, Entity Framework, Crystal Reports,



Redis Cache, xUnit, and Moq.
- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, JavaScript/JScript, CSS, and multi-browser support.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Dependency Injection.
- Experience with Simple Injector and reusable software components/packages such as NuGet.

Front-End Development

- Strong experience with Angular/AngularJS and JavaScript.
- Experience with Angular Material Design.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing and implementing responsive web pages and user interfaces.
- Ability to create reusable, self-contained, and testable front-end components.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience developing applications compliant with WCAG AA and AODA standards.

API & Web Services

- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with Swagger, Postman, and Thunder Client.
- Experience configuring and securing APIs in Azure.
- Experience with client- and server-side CORS configuration.
- Experience with Azure App Registrations and security policies.

Microsoft Azure

- Experience developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, Azure MFA, and SSO.
- Experience with Azure Functions,



App Service, Container Instances, Key Vault, and Managed Identities.
- Experience building and delivering cloud applications using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Database

- Strong relational database development experience.
- Experience designing and modelling databases for web applications.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.
- Experience with database queries and information retrieval using query languages.

DevOps / Agile

- Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work in short iterations, implement user stories, and track estimates in DevOps/TFS.
- Experience with structured software development methodologies and SDLC processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Extensive hands-on experience with C#, Web API, Blazor WASM, ASP.NET, LINQ, WCF, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Redis Cache, xUnit, and Moq.
2. Strong experience with Azure API technologies, including Azure AD/Entra ID security, App Registrations, policies, CORS, Swagger, Postman, and API testing.
3. Strong ASP.NET/C# development experience, including Web Forms, JavaScript/JScript, CSS, and WCAG AA-compliant web applications.
4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
5. Experience with Azure MFA, SSO, Entra ID/OAuth.
6. Solid experience designing and modelling relational databases, with hands-on experience in Oracle/SQL Server, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.
7. Experience with SDLC processes, software design, development, testing, and Agile methodologies.

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite in Toronto, Ontario.
