Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance. Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment. Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks. Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Kal Tire uses AI tools to support parts of recruitment, including but not limited to job posting and pre-screening. A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process. #
