Full‑time position (37.5‑40 hours per week) Must be available Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for day, evening, and overnight shifts preferred Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans Provide companionship and light housekeeping to help a person stay at home Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice for a Personal Support Worker Assist clients with transfers, ambulation,



and exercises Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car for daily work Ability to travel between assignments within designated areas; asset for rural/remote travel Effective verbal and written communication in English PSW certification from an approved and recognized educational institution or international nursing/doctorate certification Negative TB test completed within the last year Valid CPR/First Aid certificate COVID‑vaccination receipt (subject to exemption pursuant to Ontario’s Human Rights Code) Immunizations for measles, rubella, varicella, tetanus, and diphtheria required; Valid criminal record check completed within the last year Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed Current/Valid Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) registration is an asset The Care Company can make accommodations/modifications for individuals with disabilities during the hiring and onboarding process.
