This role includes operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment and assisting with various maintenance tasks. Candidates will ensure that safety equipment is operational and respond to client requests while reporting maintenance issues as necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy-duty cleaning and ground equipment
- Assist co-workers with maintenance and repairs
- Ensure visual life safety equipment is ready for use
- Address client requests and report issues to the facility operator
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in management software
Requirements:
- Prior experience in building maintenance and operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Valid Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate required
- Good physical condition for manual activities
