Our Ideal Custom

Homes HVAC Installer – Qualifications ~Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation,



preferably in custom home projects ~ Strong knowledge of high‑end HVAC systems, including zoning, radiant heating, and heat pump technologies ~ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents ~ Experience with ductwork fabrication, refrigerant line installation and hydronic heating systems ~ Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail and a motivation to produce high‑quality work ~ Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in high‑end custom homes Install and connect ductwork, piping, and control systems according to design plans Ensure all HVAC installations meet industry standards, local codes, and energy efficiency guidelines Perform system testing and quality assurance checks Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize system performance Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled Here, integrity is the foundation of everything we do.
