We are hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre. Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction. Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards. Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment. All instruction shall be provided in English.

Any Airline Transport

Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs. Relocation within Canada may be supported, if needed.

A valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and or FAA ATP Experience flying business aircraft. ~1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience. Flexible vacation policy and schedule. Paid holidays to support work‑life balance.

Occasional work‑from‑home flexibility.
