Industry: Commercial and Multi-Residential Construction Project Types: Tenant Improvement, New Build, Renovations The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and multi-residential projects in the Edmonton market. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader who can manage projects end-to-end, make confident decisions, and elevate the performance of those around them. You will play a key role in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial construction environment where results, accountability, and ownership matter.

Key Responsibilities Lead commercial and multi-residential construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, including renovations, tenant improvements, and new builds Own project budgets, schedules, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction Participate in pre-construction estimating, scope development, and planning Develop, manage, and track critical paths to deliver projects on aggressive timelines Directly manage and mentor Project Coordinators, ensuring accountability and performance Select, onboard, and manage subcontractors and trades, including performance evaluation Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, investors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Make informed,



independent decisions to keep projects moving without reliance on constant oversight Work closely with the safety function to ensure all projects meet safety and compliance requirements Maintain accurate project documentation, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting Required Experience and Qualifications Significant experience managing commercial and multi-residential construction projects Strong understanding of critical path methodology and construction sequencing Proven ability to manage multiple projects valued from several hundred thousand dollars up to approximately one million dollars Demonstrated leadership experience managing Project Coordinators or similar roles Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced construction environment Strong technical understanding of construction processes, means, and methods Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead clients, trades, and internal teams Highly organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented Ideal Candidate Profile A senior-level Project Manager who can step in and contribute immediately A leader who raises the performance of their team and holds others accountable Results-driven with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership Comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes without constant direction Thrives in a growth-oriented company where everyone is expected to pull their weight Focused on delivering quality work efficiently, not just managing paperwork Compensation and Advantages ~ Base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
