As Maintenance

Manager, you will take full ownership of the property’s maintenance operations. This is a standalone, hands-on role, meaning you will be the sole member of the Maintenance Department with no direct reports. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing maintenance needs,



completing repairs and preventative maintenance, coordinating contractors when specialized work is required, and ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable managing the day-to-day maintenance needs of a property from start to finish. Routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities

- Implementation of a preventative maintenance program in the guest rooms
- Ensure the facility is operated and maintained according to most recent codes and regulations
- Maintain the overall good repair of hotel rooms including all facilities, furnishings and fixtures
- Contribute to the hotel’s preparedness during fire and safety emergencies;
