In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to maintain and improve machinery operations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in mechanical and industrial controls, supporting preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts within the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and CNC-related issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and controls
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement projects
- Work collaboratively to solve process challenges Requirements:
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic/Millwright certification is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the trade, especially CNC
