Job Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 4 months) Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy Previous related experience in a hospital setting is required Excellent oral and written English communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with Meditech is an asset Membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) is preferred Demonstrated satisfactory job performance and attendance history required Vacancy Type: New/Replacement Vacancy Employment at Sinai Health is conditional upon the verification of credentials, completion of a health review, and demonstrating proof of immunity and vaccination status of vaccine-preventable diseases.
