Remind individuals to take their medication and offer help with administering it. Keep track of vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

Take care of light household tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides A valid certification as a Home Health Aide A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide Our mission is to provide and restore client dignity and independence in their homes through individualized care plans to reduce caregiver role and stress on family members while avoiding nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
