Lifemark - OT Consulting Clinic, Located In Vancouver. Our Lifemark OT - Consulting clinic is conveniently located on Lougheed Highway, between Rupert Street and Boundary Road, a few minutes from the Rupert Street Skytrain station. Established in 1986, the clinic boasts a spacious area of 8600 square feet that is wheelchair accessible.

The clinic is well-lit and inviting with ample free parking. We leverage a large, well-equipped gym and work-simulation tools to achieve exceptional outcomes for WSBC, ICBC, LTD, and private clients. With over 30 years of experience in work conditioning, med-legal services, and functional capacity evaluations.

Our primary treatment programs include concussion rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, general physiotherapy, vestibular therapy, active rehabilitation, medical-legal assessments, long-term disability, return-to-work planning and much more. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a physician, counsellor and kinesiologist, supported by dedicated admin staff, all working together within programs that emphasize early assessment, evidence-based concussion management, and protected return to work and daily function. As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centred care. Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.



Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.

Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Active license in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Preferably with 3 + years of outpatient clinic experience to work in a program for ECAT/EACR.

Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
