Provide attentive support to residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance living standards. This role requires a committed Registered Nurse to practice full-spectrum nursing care for residents in the Sunshine Point Long-Term Care unit.

You'll conduct thorough assessments, document care accurately, and ensure safety while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The emphasis is on optimizing resident outcomes through focused interactions, evaluation, and proactive learning. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments tailored to residents' needs

Requirements:
