A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in valuable standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset Ability to adapt to new computer applications This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart.
