Are you a subject matter expert in Group Business Solutions with strong presentation and training abilities? In this role, you'll impact our Group Brokerage Wholesaling team's success through strategic enablement and field support. Your expertise will enhance how our wholesalers support their brokers.

Partner with Head of Group Sales and Business Development Manager to identify enablement needs and develop strategic initiatives Support RBCI Group wholesalers through in-field training, consultation, and presentation support Build engaging content, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, and conduct presentation dry-runs Monitor sales results and customize initiatives to meet established targets Professional sales experience that demonstrates passion achieved through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets Advanced knowledge of sales concepts in both upskilling advisors and execution with clients. Robust consulting, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Proven success with relationship management Excellent communication skills in English.

Communication and writing skills in French is an asset.

Office Location: 6880 Financial Drive, Mississauga, Ont. Be able to travel to Quebec & Vancouver upon request Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
