As a Level 3 or 4 Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, you will focus on developing staff through training sessions and ensuring top-notch service for guests.

- Plan and deliver staff training aligned with certification
- Lead first-run training days and daily meetings
- Keep accurate training logs and shadowing records
- Implement tailored training plans for instructors
- Teach snowboarding lessons as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable teamwork and independent working skills
- Experience in a training role with children is advantageous
- Valid criminal record check required
