DZ Flatbed Truck Driver Delivery Area: Local | Regional Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Days, Monday–Saturday We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented drivers to join our growing transportation team. Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across Huntsville and surrounding area’s Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within the assigned region in a safe, timely, and professional manner Operate flatbed equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards Transport general freight and bulk materials in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports,



delivery paperwork, and incident reports Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required Verifiable recent commercial driving experience (within the past 3 months to 1 year) Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 3 / DZ driving experience Experience hauling steel, lumber, or similar freight With over 100 years of experience, Canada Cartage is a trusted leader in transportation and logistics across Canada.
