Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Thermor Ltd.
The Sales
Representative will focus on promoting and selling Thermor’s medical monitoring products to healthcare providers, distributors, and retail partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting virtual and in-person customer meetings, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves building long-term relationships with key accounts, gathering customer feedback to help improve products and services,
and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations.
The Sales
Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and representing Thermor’s brand and values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling or account management.
- Customer relationship management abilities, including lead follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical product features in transparent, accessible language.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries is an asset.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose strategies to improve performance.
- Proficiency with standard office software and online meeting tools (e.g., MS Office, video conferencing platforms).
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, health sciences, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
