The Kith Operations Lead is the right hand to the Operations Manager. Supervises and provides training for the daily activities of all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager. Oversees replenishment process and provides leadership team with feedback regarding staff performance and inventory need to know.

Manages shipping and receiving of in store merchandise and communicates with Warehouse and HQ teams. Point person for back-of-house matters when Operations Manager is unavailable.

Supervises and provides training for the daily activities of all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager. Oversees replenishment process and provides leadership team with feedback regarding staff performance and inventory need to know.

Manages shipping and receiving of in store merchandise and communicates with Warehouse and HQ teams. Point person for back-of-house matters when Operations Manager is unavailable. Performs audit and transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets, and phone orders.

Tracks productivity and ensures that the team is meeting the standards and efficiency set by upper management. Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team. Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process driven environment.

Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.

Projects/Tasks Participates and assists in Physical Inventories as required by the business. Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights,



and weekends as well as Holidays. Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require. 6+ months in a customer facing role. ~Thorough communication with customers, peers, and Direct-Report(s) Efficient time management skills.
