Prepare quotes, Order entry, Purchase orders and Invoices and assist with monthly reports. Parts selection following customers' requests.

Meet Sales and Spare parts targets. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Keep ERP records up to date (customers, contact information etc.). Communicate regularly with head office and accounting to track customer billing.

Drive continuous process improvements. Resolve and manage discrepancies with suppliers and customers. Post‑secondary education in Business, Mechanical,



or Technical studies required. ~1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or customer service role (HVAC or mechanical industry experience preferred). ~ Customer‑focused, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. ~ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other computer software .

Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP) is an asset. ~ Solid interest in sales and excellent customer service skills. Full time (weekdays) ~Flexible schedule between 7 a.m.
