Elevate youth development with First Tee – Premier départ Québec as a Fundraising and Development Officer. Lead impactful fundraising initiatives while engaging communities through golf, with a hybrid work arrangement. As a full time Development Officer, you will drive key fundraising strategies to meet targets and support youth programs in Québec.

This role involves fostering donor relationships, managing fundraising campaigns, and enhancing community engagement. You will report to the Chapter Head and work collaboratively within a dynamic team focused on sustainable growth and community impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Chapter Head in achieving annual revenue goals
- Identify and cultivate donor prospects in the $1,000 to $10,000 range




- Plan and evaluate fundraising campaigns and stewardship events
- Research and write grant applications for funding opportunities
- Manage outreach to the First Tee – Premier départ Québec Ambassador Committee

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of fundraising experience
- Proficiency in French and English communication
- Experience in budget management and revenue tracking
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
- Grant writing experience is an asset
