As an L2 Desktop Support Technician, you will handle daily support tickets, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and provide comprehensive hardware and software solutions. Your position will directly support end users and involve close collaboration with the IT Manager. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage service requests via Jira and troubleshoot issues
- Provision and configure laptops for new hires
- Oversee hardware inventory and upgrades for users
- Track Microsoft 365 and Salesforce licenses efficiently
- Assist with cybersecurity documentation and endpoint protection

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administrative tasks
- Hands-on experience with hardware and security tools
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration is a plus
