Become a critical part of Fuze Logistics as a Desktop Support Technician Level 2. Based in Mount-Royal, your role will support diverse IT needs across Canada and the US, ensuring effective user assistance. Fuze Logistics is on the lookout for a hands-on IT qualified for our growing team.

As an L2 Desktop Support Technician, you will handle daily support tickets, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and provide comprehensive hardware and software solutions. Your position will directly support end users and involve close collaboration with the IT Manager. Manage service requests via Jira and troubleshoot issues

- Oversee hardware inventory and upgrades for users
- Track Microsoft 365 and Salesforce licenses efficiently
- Assist with cybersecurity documentation and endpoint protection 3-5 years of experience in IT Support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration is a plus Strengthen the IT operations at Fuze Logistics by leveraging your support expertise.
