Our client Five Rivers Property Management Group is a licensed condominium management firm based in Guelph, Ontario, serving Wellington County and the Waterloo Region. They offer a flexible hybrid home/office schedule and support a healthy work–life balance. They are currently seeking an experienced General License Condominium Manager to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, relationship building, and supporting condominium communities with professionalism and care. Licensed, experienced, and comfortable managing a portfolio of condominium communities Confident communicating with Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities As a General License Condominium Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of condominium properties while working closely with Boards of Directors to support strong governance, timely communication, and effective property operations. This position requires a Condominium Manager General License in good standing with the CMRAO.

General

Licensees can provide condominium management services without supervisory requirements and may supervise Limited Licensees. Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of condominium communities.



Act as a key point of contact for Boards of Directors, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, service contracts, and project work. Support budgeting, invoice review, financial reporting, reserve fund planning, and audit coordination. Help ensure compliance with condominium documents, applicable legislation, and board-approved policies.

Condominium Manager General
