We are seeking a General Manager who will lead the organization as an ambassador and manage all day-to-day operations as a passionate, hands-on leader with responsibility for facilitating all business functions, realizing the organization's stated mission and vision and ensuring it remains financially viable. You will create an open and positive environment while developing and strengthening partnerships with key government, community and business stakeholders and the board of directors.

This position requires an energetic,



highly-polished professional leader who is equally adept in being the key face of the organization as you are in rolling up your sleeves and growing the scalability of the entity from within. Previous general management experience is ideal including oversight of Human Resources, Finance, Program Planning, Community Relations, Advocacy and Fundraising.
