As General

Manager, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on operational leadership for a small to mid-sized warehouse with broad responsibilities and complexity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple facilities across our British Columbia region. Provide ongoing performance feedback to drive productivity and engagement Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Operational & Financial Performance Deliver on critical KPIs including Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and customer service standards Analyze warehouse activities and costs to identify process improvements Manage budgets, capital expenditures, material handling equipment, and space utilization Business Growth & Customer Focus Partner with Sales to support marketing and new account strategies Participate in prospecting, sales calls, rate development, contract negotiation, and closing Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence Safety & Quality Excellence Champion food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)



4+ years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field Solid experience managing in a unionized environment (highly preferred) Strong financial acumen and cost management expertise Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing operational teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong communication skills — able to present technical information to diverse audiences A career at Lineage starts with learning about our business and how each team member plays a part each and every day to satisfy our customers’ requirements.
