Provide day-to-day administrative support to the plant and management team. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Enter, update, and maintain production, shipping, receiving, and administrative information in company systems.
Support
Shipping & Receiving with paperwork, documentation, and shipment coordination. Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and other required paperwork. Monitor office and plant supplies and coordinate replenishment as required.
Support onboarding and administrative requirements for new employees. Coordinate meetings, visitors, deliveries, and general plant administrative activities. Assist supervisors and managers with reports, data collection, and special projects.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, carriers, and other company locations as required. Ensure administrative records are accurate, current, and properly maintained. Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reduce paperwork or duplication.
Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Comfortable learning and using ERP, production, inventory, or other business systems.
Professional and approachable manner when dealing with employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
