You will direct the development of an AI-native system that allows intelligence operators to engage satellite constellations through natural language. This hands-on position combines technical vision, operational knowledge, and a commitment to creating trust in automated processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Principal Investigator for the Agentic Mission Management effort
- Design an agentic architecture for mission capabilities




- Implement and deploy AI agents converting intent to structured plans
- Build explainability and human trust in the platform
- Collaborate with domain experts to encode tradecraft into systems

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in GEOINT or mission systems
- Solid knowledge of the GEOINT tasking lifecycle
