DBRS Morningstar is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to provide global support for regional demand generation teams. Based in Toronto with four in-office days, the role focuses on Salesforce CRM and Pardot configuration to optimize contact-level data for campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years with Salesforce and Pardot, solid analytical skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. Experience in financial services is a plus; AI tools experience is welcomed.
