This hybrid role focuses on leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience. You'll be responsible for strategic recruitment across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

As a proactive recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and develop diverse talent pipelines by utilizing innovative sourcing techniques. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment efforts across diverse geographic locations
- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs
- Create compelling job descriptions for potential candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for sourcing talent

Requirements:
