- Competently interpret detailed drawings for layout
- Fit and weld components according to engineering specifications
- Operate Miller GMAW machines with precision
- Conduct maintenance checks and report issues
- Document and implement improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience with GMAW welding
- Strong background in production environments
- CWB Certification under CSA 47.1 is a plus
- Crane operator certification is preferred
- Completion of blueprint reading is advantageous
