Position Summary

FourWays Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Golang/Python AI Developer to join a specialized HashiCorp Vault Squad focused on building secure, AI-powered platform services and intelligent automation solutions. This role combines advanced software engineering, AI agent development, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity practices to deliver secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade platforms.

As a Golang/Python AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation AI-enabled applications and automation frameworks within a highly secure cloud-native environment. You will work closely with platform engineers, security architects, DevOps specialists, and AI teams to build intelligent services leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, vector databases, and modern orchestration frameworks. The role requires strong expertise in Golang and Python development, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and secrets management technologies such as HashiCorp Vault. You will contribute to secure application design, automation workflows, observability initiatives, and the development of intelligent systems capable of contextual reasoning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Golang and Python
- Build and deploy AI agents leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks, and advanced orchestration techniques
- Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Design and integrate vector databases, memory frameworks, and context management systems
- Deploy and manage cloud-native workloads using Kubernetes and Helm
- Implement secure secrets management and identity solutions using HashiCorp Vault
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and deployment automation workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and platform services
- Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and platform reliability solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect sensitive credentials, certificates, and secrets
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
- Contribute to platform architecture reviews and technical design discussions

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 15+ years of overall software engineering experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Golang and/or Python development experience
- Robust expertise in building REST APIs and microservices-based applications




- Experience designing and deploying Kubernetes-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of Helm package management and Kubernetes deployments
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development frameworks
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts
- Experience implementing memory and context management frameworks for AI systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions
- Strong cybersecurity and application security background
- Experience with secrets management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity security
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault administration and development
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code automation
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms
- Experience with cloud-native security architectures
- Familiarity with service mesh and zero-trust security models
- Experience with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices
