Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Google ADK and Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini, Vertex AI, and chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow CX. The role involves building AI agents, multi-agent workflows, chatbots, voice bots, and enterprise integrations that automate customer interactions and business processes. Google ADK supports multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and enterprise-grade AI agent deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Agent & ADK Development

- Design and develop AI agents using Google ADK.
- Build single-agent and multi-agent architectures using coordinator-specialist patterns.
- Implement tool integrations, memory management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop agent orchestration frameworks for task automation and business process execution.
- Configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and external tool connectivity.

Chatbot & Conversational AI Development
- Design and develop enterprise chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Build conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog management logic using Dialogflow CX or similar platforms.
- Develop multilingual chat and voice bot solutions.




- Create webhook services and fulfillment logic using Python or Node.js.
- Train and optimize NLP/NLU models for improved customer interactions.

Google Cloud & Gemini Integration
- Develop AI solutions using Gemini models and Google Cloud services.
- Deploy ADK agents on Vertex AI and Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate chatbots with Google Workspace, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge retrieval architectures.

API & Backend Development
- Develop REST APIs and microservices to support chatbot and agent workflows.
- Implement integrations with CRM, ticketing, and business applications.
- Design secure authentication, authorization, and data access mechanisms.
- Build event-driven and serverless solutions for AI workflows.

Testing, Monitoring & Optimization
- Perform chatbot testing, conversation analysis, and model tuning.
- Monitor agent performance, latency, accuracy, and operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot conversation failures, webhook issues, and integration defects.
- Create documentation, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
