Athabasca University in Alberta seeks a permanent, full time Graduate Advising Specialist to manage administrative functions for graduate programs and to serve as the main liaison for graduate students throughout the admissions and degree progression process.

The successful candidate will support the Coordinator, Graduate Program Directors, Associate Deans, and Dean with high autonomy and confidentiality, demonstrating strong organization and initiative.
