About The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on professional experience. You should have a strong track record of independently handling creative work for both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) brands.

Relevant industry experience may include Travel Tech, SaaS, IT Services, Food Tech, E-Commerce, Consumer Apps, Hospitality, or similar digital-first sectors. This is an individual-contributor role — you will be responsible for high-quality visual execution, creative problem-solving, brand consistency, and ownership of campaigns across static, motion, web, and marketing formats.

The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals combined with a modern, AI-assisted creative workflow. Practical experience using generative AI for ideation, image creation, video concepts, and production is mandatory — not just an interest or basic awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Concept &
- Execution: Develop original visual concepts, graphics, layouts, and campaign designs for social media, paid advertisements, websites, landing pages, app marketing, presentations, emails, and other digital or print collateral.

- B2B &
- B2C Campaign Design: Create impactful creatives for both consumer-facing and business-facing audiences. Adapt visual language, messaging structure, and formats for paid campaigns, social media, sales collateral, lead-generation campaigns, and brand communication across channels.

- End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects — from understanding the brief and developing concepts through design exploration, stakeholder reviews, revisions, final artwork, and delivery — while maintaining both quality and speed.

- Brand Consistency: Apply and evolve brand guidelines, visual systems, typography, colour palettes, imagery standards, and layout principles to ensure a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.

- AI-Powered Creative Production: Use generative AI tools responsibly to speed up ideation, mood boarding, visual exploration, image and video generation, compositing, and production — without compromising on craft, accuracy, or brand alignment.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, Performance Marketing, and other teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective, well-crafted design solutions.

- Design Presentation: Present creative concepts and design rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporate feedback constructively, and articulate design decisions with confidence when needed.

- Motion &
- Short-Form Content: Create or support short-form videos,

motion graphics, Reels, and promotional content as required by the team.

- Project &
- Time Management: Handle multiple projects at the same time, prioritise tasks effectively, maintain well-organised working files, and consistently meet deadlines.

- Quality Assurance: Review all final assets for visual hierarchy, typography, alignment, consistency, correct export settings, platform specifications, and overall production readiness before delivery.

- Staying Current: Keep up with the latest social media creative trends, design systems, emerging AI tools, advertising formats, and industry best practices — and apply relevant insights to your everyday work.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with demonstrated ownership of B2B and/or B2C campaigns, independent execution, and a consistent record of delivering high-quality creative work.

- Industry Exposure: Experience creating marketing and brand communication for both business and consumer audiences is strongly preferred. Relevant sectors include Travel Tech, SaaS, IT/Technology Services, Food Tech, E-Commerce, Consumer Apps, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or similar digital-first industries.

- Portfolio: A strong, well-curated portfolio that demonstrates range, visual craft, conceptual thinking, campaign work, typography, layout skills, and problem-solving ability across digital formats.

- Adobe Photoshop &
- Illustrator: Advanced working proficiency is mandatory. You should be able to work confidently and efficiently in both tools on a daily basis.

- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, grid systems, and layout design principles.

- Social &
- Performance Creative: Hands-on experience designing social media posts and advertising assets that are visually current, platform-appropriate, and optimised for engagement and clarity.

- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills — you should be able to understand briefs clearly, ask the right questions, present your ideas effectively, and act on feedback in a professional manner.

- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, well-organised file management, strong time management,

and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience supported by a solid portfolio will also be considered.

Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the Bangalore office, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Mandatory Ai &

- Creative Technology Skills

AI proficiency is a core requirement for this role — not an optional add-on. You must demonstrate real, production-level experience with generative AI in your design workflow.

- Practical AI Workflow: You must have used generative AI tools as part of actual design and creative production work — not just for personal experiments or casual exploration.

- Prompt Engineering: Strong ability to write, refine, and iterate prompts for AI image and video generation, including control over composition, style, camera angles, lighting, subject placement, and brand-specific direction.

- AI Tools Experience: Hands-on working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT Image Generation, or other comparable current-generation creative AI platforms.

- AI-to-Design Finishing: Ability to take AI-generated outputs into Photoshop or Illustrator for compositing, retouching, typography, brand alignment, resizing, and making them production-ready.

- Quality Judgement: Ability to spot and correct common AI output issues — such as visual artifacts, inconsistent details, anatomical errors, inaccurate text rendering, visual discontinuity, or off-brand styling.

- Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to exploring new AI capabilities and integrating useful tools into your creative workflow, while always maintaining human creative judgement and quality standards.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
- Basic familiarity with Figma for collaboration, layout review, or digital asset handoff.
- Prior experience in a creative or advertising agency, or a high-volume in-house marketing team.
- Experience working with technology products, SaaS/IT services, mobile apps, OTA/travel platforms, hospitality, or other B2B/B2C digital services.
- Relevant certifications or specialised training in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, or AI-powered creative tools.

Interested? We'd love to see your portfolio. Send your CV, portfolio link, and a brief note about your AI creative experience to apply.
