We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role supports the Store Manager and ensures daily store activities run smoothly. Assist with day‑to‑day store functions.

Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns. Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey requests, and other store communications.

Maintain effectiveness of store‑front fixtures and displays. Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and keeping records for payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and receipts. Support loss prevention and maintain a well‑stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.

Protect company assets, including cash.



Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all associates follow policies and procedures. Help train and develop Store Associates under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Maintain a positive, protected, and respectful environment with friendly interactions among customers, associates, and leaders.

Ensure cleanliness throughout the store: restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping areas neat. High school diploma or equivalent preferred;

Experience managing a retail, grocery, or drug store preferred. Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.
