Group Sales Agent

Location: Laval, QC. This position reports to the Group Sales Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Upsell and cross‑sell on each call
- Sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates, and insurance
- Respond to incoming emails regarding group rate requests in a professional and timely manner
- Fill in for Group Sales Representatives during absences as directed by the Supervisor
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
- Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

- Up to 1 year of customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working directly with customers
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Demonstrates initiative with problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable, and prioritize workload
- Experience with Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS is an asset
- OPC/TICO certification is required
