Toronto
Snaplii is a profitable Toronto fintech company serving 400,000+ users , processing $200M+ in annual transaction volume , and working with 500+ leading brands , including Costco, Walmart, Amazon and Uber. You'll have the opportunity to build new growth channels from the ground up — shaping how Snaplii shows up across Rednote (Xiaohongshu), Reddit, Google and AI search , and turning content and community into measurable user growth. And we're building for what's next.
We're looking for a hands-on Organic Growth Manager to build Snaplii's organic acquisition engine across Rednote · Reddit · SEO · GEO . Your goal is to turn great content and strong community presence into sustainable Traffic → Signup → Conversion .
Rednote
Content & Community Growth Own and grow Snaplii's presence on Rednote around real consumer use cases: saving money in Canada · Costco / Walmart / Amazon / Uber deals · gift cards · cashback and rewards · bill payment · everyday spending · cross-border spending · newcomer and international student life. You'll own the full content loop: You should understand how native Rednote content works — not simply how to turn advertisements into posts. Reddit & Community Growth Build Snaplii's presence across Reddit and other relevant communities: identify the right communities and conversations · understand community culture and rules · find real user questions and pain points · create native, useful content · participate in conversations · build trust and brand reputation · develop UGC / KOC / word-of-mouth programs · experiment with community seeding.
SEO / GEO & Website Content Help build and continuously improve Snaplii's organic search content engine:
keyword research · search intent · topic and content planning · landing pages · blogs and guides · content clusters · internal linking · on-page SEO · content refresh · AI Search / GEO . This is a growth role, not just a content role. You'll connect organic activity to Traffic → Signup → Conversion → CAC and continuously evaluate: which content actually acquires users?
Which channels produce the highest-quality traffic? Which high-traffic content fails to convert?
Track
Record — you can show real examples of content, accounts, search traffic or community programs you’ve personally built, with clear performance data.
Solid Content
Instinct — you can tell the difference between what a company wants to say and what a user actually cares about.
Community
Native — you understand Rednote and Reddit at a native level: native content, UGC / KOC, word‑of‑mouth, community culture, reputation building. You know how to grow a product without destroying the trust that makes communities valuable. SEO / GEO Fundamentals — keywords, search intent, content structure, SEO, AI Search / GEO — and you can turn these into an ongoing content system.
Growth & Data Mindset — you look beyond impressions. You care about Traffic → Signup → Conversion → CAC, and use data to decide what to stop, improve, repeat and scale. You don’t need someone to hand you a daily content calendar.
Bilingual: native‑level Mandarin + working English — you’ll create for a Chinese‑speaking community and grow into English channels (Reddit, SEO). Reddit community growth SEO content growth community seeding As channels prove out, you’ll take on more: defining the organic growth strategy · building scalable content SOPs · building repeatable production and distribution systems · managing freelancers, agencies and creators · building a reliable content supply chain · owning content calendars and growth reporting · scaling proven channels — and eventually building a small organic growth team.
