We're looking for an experienced GTM Engineer who can own client campaigns from strategy to execution. This is a client-facing role for someone who's comfortable building in Clay, working with AI, and managing campaigns for US-based clients.

What you'll do

- Own outbound campaigns for US-based clients.
- Build and optimize Clay workflows and AI automations.
- Create highly targeted prospect lists and outbound strategies.
- Test and improve email copy, targeting, and campaign performance.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide campaign updates.
- Stay ahead of the latest GTM, AI, and outbound tools.

What we’re looking for:

- Hands-on experience with Clay (required) and strong practical experience using Claude for research, writing,



and automation.
- Strong B2B cold email and outbound experience.
- Experience working with M&A;, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, agencies, SaaS companies, or other B2B clients.
- Previous experience at a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.
- Excellent English and confidence communicating directly with clients.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
- Available to work 1 PM–9 PM EET.
