The Lead

Coordinator will oversee transportation logistics for guests between staging areas and key meeting points. You will lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication among stakeholders. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational details to create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate guest exchanges to and from staging areas
- Manage administrative tasks related to guest transfers
- Monitor lodge and guest communication for transport
- Lead the food and beverage program on coaches
- Train and mentor new seasonal staff

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 1-2 years in a professional office environment
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Clean Class 5 driver’s license
- High-end customer service experience preferred
