Join CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures as a Guest Logistics Coordinator in Banff, Alberta. This full time position focuses on coordinating guest transportation and logistical details for exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth movement of guests at CMH, facilitating communication and addressing logistical challenges.

With your attention to detail, you will ensure seamless exchanges between staging areas and key meeting points, while enhancing every guest interaction. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in adapting to road conditions and other unforeseen issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all guest transportation exchanges and transfers




- Handle logistical communication related to guest operations
- Assist in the on-coach food and beverage program
- Create exceptional personalized moments for guests
- Support implementation of health and safety initiatives

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of office experience
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
- Background in high-end customer service preferred
- Experience in the ski industry is a plus
